Really?

I've posted 31 times. That seems like a lot to me. I know, I know, it's probably not much compared to some.

I'm posting because I happened to "find a minute" to write. When we were grocery shopping 2 weeks ago Nicole & I decided to buy some Polenta. Neither one of us had heard of polenta before, or ever tried to cook with it, but we thought it would be fun.

Today I finally looked up Polenta online and found a great recipe for Pizza! (here)
I'm so excited to try it out!

I also bought a Gluten-free brownie mix from Trader Joes and didn't like it so much... but to be fair, I think I cooked it too long.

Right now I'm leaving... I'll write more later (but I'm not promising).
